This letter is to acknowledge Captain Don Govan and his staff for all the years of service they have provided to myself and others I have recommended to him over the years.

Captain Don was extensively involved with the refit we underwent in 1999 where almost all of the electrical system was converted from European to American systems. Don has an extensive knowledge of wiring and engineering systems and keeps complete notes on all of the boats he works on. Whenever we have a problem, which only seems to occur while we are out of the country, we can call Captain Don and he generally diagnoses our problems right over the phone. When we haven't been able to fix a problem or the problem is more than we can handle, Captain Don has flown to various places in the bahamas to work on and repair any problems we have had. Don has never let us down.

Thank you Don and even after all the years, we do still appreciate all you do for us.

The boat we had you build for us, the 54' Sportfish is still one of the finest boats I have ever fished upon. 10 years and we have yet to experience any trouble with the quality of the construction on this boat. Your attention to detail and the fact that you love your work is evident in the craftsmanship of this boat.

This is the main reason why we are having you build our newest addition to the fleet. Your 32' Sportsman, which we are stretching to 34' is going to be the perfect boat for running back and forth between islands here in the Bahamas and for fishing and diving with our charter clients.

Dear Captain Don,

I want to thank you for the prompt service we receive from you and your employees. As you know, Colleen, the assistant manager of the West Marine store in North Pompano gave us your contact info and recommended you to us. Since we are from out of town, contracted to perform hurricane cleanup for the city of Margate, we do not know anyone down here. Colleen was right on target when she said there wasn't anything you couldn't do and do to perfection. Were it not for you personally taking care of our boats, we would not have been able to perform our work. We are tough on the equipment due to the nature of it, and you have always been there for us whenever we have needed you, any time day or night. We hope to not tear up the equipment as much as we have, but knowing you are right there is very comforting. Especially to us out of towners. Not being cheated or ripped off is a pleasant experience. Honesty, integrity, and reliability are all we have to say about you.
